Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide VAT refunds or VAT chargebacks for orders placed through our online store. If you are a VAT-registered business and wish to reclaim VAT, that is unfortunately not possible.
Please also note that we’re unable to modify or reissue invoices once an order has been completed.
