The warranty covers exclusively defects attributable to material, manufacturing, or workmanship errors. Damage caused by improper use or external influences is excluded from the warranty.

The following are specifically not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Damage caused by overloading or accidents
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs by unauthorized persons
• Normal signs of use and wear and tear
• Damage caused by external influences or natural events, such as fire, flooding, or earthquakes
• Damage not attributable to a manufacturing or material defect

To review a warranty claim, we generally require proof of purchase, the product's serial number, and a description of the problem. Photos of the affected area may also help speed up processing.
