Yes. If your casters are damaged, worn, or no longer operate smoothly, you can request replacement casters through our Spare Parts Request Form.
Depending on your region, place of purchase, and the age of your chair, replacement casters may be provided:
- Under warranty, if the issue is covered by the applicable warranty terms and your product is within the warranty period.
- As a chargeable spare part, if the warranty period has expired or the issue is not covered by warranty.
